Michele Fazio's style represents the perfect fusion of innovation, technique and a taste for melody. Gifted with a transversal pianism that is never banal, his compositions were immediately well adapted to commentary by images. The pianist's musical journey continued with two more solo albums, both published by the "Abeat Records" label. Visione passeggera" (2011) recorded in Oslo by the famous sound engineer Jan Erik Kongshauk (Ecm), promoted on tour in Germany and the very recent "L'acrobata" recorded at the studio "Artesuono recording" (Stefano Amerio) in trio with Marco Loddo on double bass and Emanuele Smimmo on drums, presented last November in the XXIX edition of the prestigious "Festival Time Zones". November 2020 saw the release of "Free", the latest album by Michele Fazio Trio with Marco Loddo on bass, Mimmo Campanale on drums and special guests such as Aska Maret Kaneko on violin and Fabrizio Bosso on trumpet.
